This head gasket kit, also known as a decarbonizing gasket kit, includes the head gasket with а reference 9139284, 3855409, 461056, 430107, 461618. The cylinder head bolts with reference 191523, should be replaced when needed[1], and tightening should be performed in two stages.

Tightening torque settings:

• 24.5-29.5Nm 18-22 lbf. ft.
• 88 Nm 64 lbf. ft. [warmed]

The screws are to be re-torqued after the engine has been warmed up.

[1] The cylinder head bolts should be replaced when there are signs of elongation, or cannot be specified if it is already elongated, by checking the “waist” of the bolt. As a rule of thumb, a cylinder head bolt of these Aquamatic series, cannot be re-used more than five times.
